The latest data from the Fotocasa Real Estate Index confirms that the second-hand market in Almería province is not only staying strong but is experiencing explosive growth in key areas.
Andalusia saw a year-on-year increase of 20.2% in October, and Almería is the second Andalusian province with the largest annual increase (14.3%), right after Granada (15.1%).
